No-Show and Same-Day Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or reschedulings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or reschedulings made within 48 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable, and the full amount of the appointment will not be refunded and not credited to any future rescheduled appointments.

If a cancellation or rescheduling is made before the 48-hour window, a full refund will be issued or the full amount applied to the rescheduled appointment.

In the event of a no-show, the client will be charged the full amount.  We understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation, but please note that this policy is in place to ensure fair treatment for all customers and to allow us to effectively manage our schedule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
